Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing our products and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Refund Policy: All Sales Are Final

All purchases of digital products and services are final. Due to the immediate, irrevocable, and downloadable nature of our digital goods, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This policy applies to, but is not limited to, the following:

• Online Courses

• Workshops (cancellations less than 48 hours before the scheduled commencement are non-refundable)

• Consultations

• Coaching & Mentoring Programs

• Downloadable Content (e.g., guides, worksheets)

• Digital Templates

• eBooks

We strongly encourage you to carefully review all product details, descriptions, and available previews before completing your purchase.

2. Pre-Purchase Inquiries

If you have any questions about a product or service, please contact our support team at support@organizationwithsuzie.com before you make a purchase. We are happy to help you determine if a product is the right fit for your needs.

3. Payment & Transaction Inquiries

We utilize a third-party payment processor, The Leap, for all transactions. Organization with Suzie does not process payments directly and does not store your financial information.

4. Intellectual Property & Ethical Use

All materials, content, and resources provided by Organization with Suzie, including but not limited to course content, videos, templates, text, and graphics, are the intellectual property of Organization with Suzie and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or resale of our materials is strictly prohibited. We expect all clients to engage with our products and community in an ethical and respectful manner.

5. Client Usage, License, and Responsibility

• Personal Use License: Your purchase grants you a single, non-transferable personal use license. This license is for your individual use only and cannot be shared, sold, transferred, or sub-licensed to any other individual or entity.

• Commercial Use Prohibited: You may not use any of our products, materials, or concepts for commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, using our templates or methods in your own business, reselling our content, or creating derivative works for sale.

• Consultation Materials: Clients who have purchased consultations will have ongoing access to the specific materials provided during their engagement. However, the reproduction, modification for resale, or selling of these materials in any form is strictly prohibited.

• Client Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate software and technical capability to access and use our digital products.

6. Limitation of Liability

Organization with Suzie is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our products or services. By purchasing, you agree to use the information at your own risk and hold Organization with Suzie harmless from any and all claims or damages.

7. Product Access

All purchased digital products and services must be accessed within 365 days from the date of purchase. Failure to access the content within this timeframe will result in a forfeiture of access to the product or service without a refund.

8. Agreement to Terms

By completing a purchase with Organization with Suzie, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
